APPOINTMENT cancellation
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged:
$50 fee for the first no-show incident
$110 fee for subsequent occurrences
